Shipping Policy:
We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and UPS. Each order is charged a $2.50 handle fee and only actual shipping charges. Shipping Charges are determined by weight and distance traveled from Soul of Serenity (60634) to you. Charges for shipping are automatically calculated at checkout, where you will have the opportunity to select your carrier/service of choice. Customer is responsible for indicating whether the address is Commercial or Residential and any applicable changes for non-adherence are the responsibility of and will be charged back to the customer.
Damage:
Call our office within 3 days to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for damage inspection and claims for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection process.
Return Policy:
Please be aware that all sales are FINAL and ARE NOT subject to return. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. There are exceptions to this rule and any inquiries must be made within 3 DAYS of your purchase or from the date you receive your order providing that the products have not been used. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or note with your invoice number) and your reason for return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Baskets and gift bags may be exchanged within 3 DAYS (as long as they are unopened). NO CASH REFUNDS.
