Back Orders:
On occasion, an item may be temporarily out of stock at the time you order. Please be aware that we Do Not Back Order. Your invoice will flag any items that were not shipped. Please re-order these on your next order. You are not charged for any items not shipped.
Processing your Order:
Every attempt is made to process your order in a timely manner. We strive to mail your order within 72 hours (3 business days.) However, it may take up to 5 business days (beginning the day after the order was placed.) All items are made-to-order. Please plan accordingly.
Baskets and Gift Bags:
Contents of your gift sets are subject to change without notice. Any substitution will be made with product of at least equal value.
